Yes a deposit is required. It is a fully refundable deposit as long as you take all your belongings and return our lock when you move out.

Drive up simply means you can drive up directly to the door of your unit. This makes loading and unloading easy.
You are not required to have insurance, but we encourage you to either purchase it from us or your insurance agent. In the event of a catastrophic loss to the property our insurance only covers the buildings, not the contents.
